Profile - Graham Shaw

Graham is the founder of Vision Learning and Development. He has extensive business training experience and is a former training manager at British Airways.

He specialises in training trainers and presenters and in business applications of NLP. He has trained thousands of people around the world and is known for his use of fast cartoon drawings during presentations. He teaches these skills along with advanced trainer skills in his Master Classes for trainers. Graham also takes his skills into schools to teach Accelerated Learning to students and teachers. He is a Master Practitioner and Certified Trainer of NLP.

Profile - Ralph Nelson-Tucker

Ralph is dedicated to improving personal performance in a corporate environment. A training and development professional, with employed experience in large and small companies and self-employed experience with major organisations and SMEs, he is commercially-focused, a communicator, motivator, leader and developer of people. He spent 8 years in senior sales management, training and business planning roles with Forte Hotels.

Ralph's key skills lie in sales management, training and development and presenting. He brings a wealth of experience, skill and knowledge, focussed on improving a wide range of communication skills for greater interpersonal effectiveness. Ralph also holds diplomas in psychometric profiling and business excellence. He is a certified NLP Practitioner, is IT literate, fluent in French and a keen musician.
